The Beaverton Lacrosse program has been offering lacrosse in our community for the past 15 years. This fast-growing, fast-paced sport combines overall athletic skills with tactics and strategy. Its historic origins are founded on the Native American Indian game commanding respect and good sportsmanship. Unlike other programs ours is a “club sport” so it is not funded by the school district or the OSAA and the enormous financial burden falls on the programs 30 plus participants and their families. Covid and recent boundary changes has also proved to be challenging for our team.

Funds required to enable the program cover operational costs such as equipment for the players, referee fees, field costs, coaches, maintenance, scholarships, and team uniforms. This is where you can lend a much-welcomed hand.

1. Donate. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the Beaverton Lacrosse program. Each donation, no matter the size, will help fund our Varsity, Junior Varsity (JV), and Youth teams. We gladly provide receipts of your donation along with the BHS Lacrosse non-profit EIN# for your tax records.
2. Become a sponsor.  There are different levels of sponsorship, each with its own benefits. Please see the attached document that defines the level of sponsorships offered by the program and complete as appropriate.
3. Volunteer. Our teams are always looking for new volunteers who are willing to donate their time on and off the lacrosse field.  Please consider game day volunteering at high school games or even stepping up as a coach or assistant coach for our youth.  It is a great way to experience lacrosse with your children and learn the game.  No experience is necessary.....we will gladly train you.
